Appointment Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
At Greer Aesthetics MD, we reserve dedicated appointment time for each patient to providepersonalized, high-quality care. We kindly request that patients respect our scheduling policies, as missed appointments and last-minute changes prevent us from accommodating other patients who may be waiting for treatment.
Please review our cancellation, rescheduling, and appointment policies before booking.
1.Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
• 24 Hours or More Before Your Appointment: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without any additional charge.
• Less Than 24 Hours Before Your Appointment: A $100 late cancellation or rescheduling fee will apply.
• Non-Creditable Fees: Any $100 fee charged or retained due to a late cancellation or rescheduling request is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward future appointments, consultations, procedures, treatments, or products.
Rescheduling an appointment does not exempt it from the cancellation policy.
2. No-Show Appointments
Patients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice will incur a $100 no-show fee.
• The $100 no-show fee is non-refundable.
• The fee is charged to compensate for the appointment time reserved.
• The $100 no-show fee cannot be credited toward any future consultation, procedure, treatment, appointment, or product purchase.
A new appointment may be scheduled once any outstanding fees have been resolved.
3. Late Arrivals
We allow a 15-minute grace period for scheduled appointments.• Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule if there is insufficient time to safely and effectively complete their scheduled service.
• If the appointment cannot be accommodated, a $100 missed-appointment fee may
apply.
• Any $100 fee assessed for a missed appointment due to late arrival is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward a future procedure or appointment.
We encourage patients to arrive on time to ensure they receive their full scheduled treatment.
4. Consultation Appointments
A $100 consultation fee is required at the time of booking.
A. Consultation Completed — Patient Proceeds With Treatment
• If you attend and complete your consultation and subsequently proceed with a qualifying procedure at Greer Aesthetics MD, your $100 consultation fee will be credited toward the cost of that procedure.
• The consultation credit may be applied once toward an eligible procedure.
• The credit cannot be exchanged for cash or applied toward skincare products.
B. Consultation Completed — Patient Does Not Proceed With Treatment
• If you attend your consultation but choose not to proceed with treatment, the $100 consultation fee will be retained as payment for the professional consultation.
• The fee will not be refunded.
C. Consultation Rescheduled With at Least 24 Hours' Notice
• You may reschedule your consultation without an additional charge.
• Your original $100 consultation fee will transfer to the rescheduled consultation.
• Upon completion of the rescheduled consultation, the fee remains eligible to be credited toward a qualifying procedure.
D. Consultation Canceled Less Than 24 Hours Before the Appointment
• The $100 consultation fee will be forfeited.
• The forfeited $100 will not be credited toward any future consultation, procedure, treatment, or appointment.
E. Consultation No-Show
• Patients who fail to attend their consultation will forfeit the $100 consultation fee.
• The forfeited $100 cannot be applied toward a future consultation or treatment.
Important: The $100 consultation fee is eligible for a procedure credit only after the patient
attends and completes the consultation. A fee forfeited because of a late cancellation or no-show is not a treatment credit.
5. Procedure Deposits
Certain procedures may require an advance deposit to secure the appointment.
A. Procedure Completed as Scheduled
• The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the scheduled procedure.
B. Cancellation or Rescheduling With at Least 24 Hours' Notice
• No cancellation or rescheduling fee will apply.
• The deposit may be transferred to a future appointment or refunded according to the applicable booking terms.
C. Cancellation or Rescheduling Less Than 24 Hours Before the Appointment
• A $100 late cancellation or rescheduling fee will apply.
• If a deposit has already been collected, $100 of that deposit will be retained as the cancellation or rescheduling fee.
• The retained $100 is non-refundable and cannot be credited toward a future appointment, procedure, or treatment.
• Any remaining deposit balance will be handled according to the applicable booking terms.
D. Procedure No-Show
• Patients who fail to attend a scheduled procedure will incur a $100 no-show fee.
• If a deposit was collected, $100 will be retained from that deposit.
• The retained $100 cannot be applied toward future appointments, procedures, or treatments.
• Any remaining deposit balance will be handled according to the applicable booking terms.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected illnesses, medical emergencies, and unforeseen circumstances may occasionally prevent patients from attending their appointments.
Greer Aesthetics MD reserves the right to waive or modify cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show fees at management's discretion.
Patient safety and medical appropriateness will always take priority.
7. Patient Acknowledgment
By scheduling an appointment with Greer Aesthetics MD, patients acknowledge and agree to the applicable consultation fees, deposits, cancellation charges, rescheduling requirements, and no-show policies disclosed at booking.
Please Note:
• A $100 consultation fee is credited toward a qualifying procedure only when the consultation has been completed and the patient proceeds with treatment.
• A $100 fee retained or charged because of a late cancellation, late rescheduling, no- show, or applicable missed appointment due to late arrival is a forfeited fee, not a treatment credit.
• Such forfeited fees are non-refundable and cannot be applied toward future services.

- All prepaid services and treatment packages are non-refundable. If you choose not to complete a package, the remaining balance may be applied toward another service of equal or lesser value, but it will not be refunded.
